Details:

Some details about the tournament.

This is commonly a three game tournament. First two games are for points. Your third game will be against a different team with similar points (commonly most competitive game). More games are only possible if the tournament does not sell-out to capacity.

Trophies are only awarded for first and second place of U12 and U14. Individual trophies and team trophies awarded to those teams.

All rostered Tournament participants get a complimentary tournament puck with annual GMT Logo.

It is understood that the teams in same home leagues would like to not have to play each other, but avoiding that is not entirely possible while still being fair to others.

The game times are done by raffle so we do not feel bad about poor time slots. You sometimes get what you get.

The tournament is conducted between 7 am and 7 pm on a Saturday and Sunday.

Goody Bags for every rostered girl participant are presented to them upon arrival.

Fruit and water provided for players between 2nd and 3rd period break.
Many volunteer members of the Brattleboro Hockey Association are involved in making this tournament such a fun time for kids. Whether it is the goodie bags, the complimentary pucks, the tournament shirts for sale, water bottles and Fruit, bake sale, free admission/ free programs, flowers or trophies…..etc.; each aspect of those mentioned tournament details makes the Green Mountain Hockey Tournament unique and special.
