Development Program / aka Blades

This instructional program is designed to meet the needs of the beginning player.  Basic skills are taught in a non-competitive environment.  Fun, skill and physical development are stressed.

The program is designed to provide skaters one hour of ice time per week on Saturdays at 8:00 AM.

The program is approximately eighteen (16) weeks long - starting October  and ending early in March.

Equipment required for this program include: skates, helmet, neck guard, mouth guard, gloves and stick. Request information regarding equipment packages from your coach.

The initiation program is available to children ages three (3) through eight (8). Other aged beginner skaters may be evaluated to determine if they may enter this program or another a program at a different level. 

A parent or responsible adult must remain in the rink at all times while their child is in the rink.
